1. General Overview & Agreement
Welcome to Kalpana Paints & More. By accessing our website, browsing our product catalog, placing orders in-store or via WhatsApp, or booking contractor and painting services, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions.
2. 100% Genuine Authorized Dealership Guarantee
All paints, primers, emulsions, distempers, waterproof coatings, and accessories sold by Kalpana Paints are 100% authentic and sourced directly through manufacturer-authorized distribution channels (including Asian Paints, Berger Paints, Kansai Nerolac, Dulux, Indigo Paints, Dr. Fixit, and JK Cement).
3. Computerized Shade Tinting Policy
- Custom Mixed Batches: Any paint base that has undergone computerized machine tinting or shade pigment addition is formulated uniquely to your order.
- Batch Consistency: We use high-precision spectrophotometers and computerized dispensers. Due to lighting variations and surface porosity, final dried wall colors may appear slightly different from digital screens or paper shade cards. We recommend testing a small sample patch.
- Non-Returnable Policy for Tinted Paints: Because tinted paint formulations are custom prepared, custom-tinted cans cannot be returned, exchanged, or refunded once tinted and opened, except in verified cases of machine dispensing error.
4. Pricing & Wholesale Quotes
Product prices displayed on the website or shared via WhatsApp quotes are based on current retail and wholesale dealership margins. Manufacturer MRP and base rates are subject to change without prior notice based on raw material market revisions.
5. Contractor & Application Services
Painting services arranged through our contractor network involve independent, vetted master painters. Written estimates provided prior to site commencement outline the exact scope of surface preparation, number of coats, and payment milestones.
6. Contact & Grievance Redressal
